In azure blue the girl draws a circle. She fades. Dives. Just a moment of tingling eroticism as our eyes met so close.
The technique I have applied here I recently discovered by chance. I would be surprised if I were the first. It leans on Giclée, although here the ink reaches the screen thanks to water. Many artists have also made use of pre-drawings in the past, for example Jan Vermeer went a step further and took a Camera Obscura to hand. My process is a tireless repetition of: print the altered photo, hang up and moisten. Acrylic paints are then used for the finishing.
I would be delighted if the result gives you just as much pleasure to you as it does to me.
